The individual has searched to still the mind for hundreds of years, Mediation has been for millennium for this very purpose.

Aligning Method Meditation has the potential to establish peace, clarity and calm in our lives.

We will cover aspects of mindfulness and the breath; the vital life force. A discussion on our capacity for internal peace, accessing our highest intelligence, the Higher-self. Kathrine will also share her theory on the link to energy and Aligning Meditation.

Our class of modalities supports peacefulness and creates a powerful meditation practice.


Our monthly class will cover:

Mindfulness: Awareness: observing, and stillness

Sacred Space: Creating a safe space for your practice.

Breath: tools to remain calm, and connect to the vital life force. 

Meditation: creating a practice to remain centered.
